Shifty's is a tried and true formula for the ultimate old fashioneds. Shifty is a bonafide hall of fame bartender, who worked at two iconic Stevens Point Area establishments for over 60 years. He created the mix in the 1940s.
The mix is mixed and packaged in-house at Sky Club Supper Club, the Supper Club that INVENTED the salad bar.
It's the only mix we've found that has no artificial preservatives or colors, and it has a generous ratio of bitters. Which means you can use less mix per cocktail. If you want the orange and cherry flavor, muddle away, but you don't need to, this mix is gold. Well.. Burgundy, but you get the point.
